  1. still waiting on someone to explain why cutting down a lane on an already busy interstate by turning one lane into a program that people in most big cities have a history of abuse and it'll clearly happen here too….why not add that lane on rather than strip one away? i guess doing that would be too easy for ITD

  2. It won't cut traffic except for car-poolers. Period. It will make it worse for all the rest of the drivers. Watch out because next don't be wanting to spend more on public transportation. Then the roads will no longer be funded. If you want to see your future look at Denver. Crowded road rage and beat up roads.
