You are my life. My father died of the same thing that happened to me. When he was 52. And I just think it’s wonderful the research and that we know better how to take care of ourselves. People think it will never happen to them. Your not going to have a stroke or having a heart attack. I didn’t realize how important those kinds of surgeries were and what a difference they can make to children. Watching you going from that very sick little boy, to watch you be able to jump and run and play with the other kids that’s amazing to me. My family is why I want to get up every morning. Hope, hope is why. My girls are why we do what we do. My husband is why. Well, she has taught me to just live the moment. Nothing’s guaranteed. Every moment is precious And you just live. Life is why we give.
