This year, in the summer, I found out that
I have A-FIB. So now it’s even more important to me to find out information about that might be able to help me with my heart disease now. I think it’s a great event. I think it’s a good community event to make awareness for
everybody in our community about heart disease, and heart health. This brings me out to the Heart Walk. I am survivor, so I want to be able to know that I can do this every year. Every year. I’ve been doing it since 2011. My dad died of a
heart attack. Cardiac arrest. And since then, I’ve been raising awareness about this. It makes me feel good that people in the Richmond area- and some throughout
the United States are here- to support the Heart Foundation and help others. You’ve go to take care yourself. And you have to eat properly, you have to exercise, and you got to do right.
