Today, here I prepared whole of salmon and yellow tail, plus, sea grape.
I enjoy eating salmon a lot, because it has full of omega 3. Not only nutrious but also tasty. When you choose good quality of salmon, you should consider two things. The good one has coral-red color and lots of white string in fat. Salmon, it’s fleshy and less fishy. For that reasons, people like salmon so bad. It melts softly in the mouth and feels greasy a little bit. But, if you eat it with fresh onions, you can it without greasy. I think salmon’s charm is to have the more savory the more I chew.
A yellow tail fish that I always buy and eat in cold days. The sentence “melting softly in the mouth” was being on the tip of my mouth. It isn’t like fishy at all. I’ve never thought that a taste of sashimi is sweet. This yellowtail sashimi, however, it’s really sweet and also the texture is very good. Sea grape is one kind of caulerpa seaweeds, growing in subtropical climate. The texture is very popping in mouth. The shape of the sea grape literally looks like grape, so it was named like that. It’s so tasty with raw salmon and also tastes good with yellowtail sashimi. Salmon is delicious whenever we eat it, but I strongly recommend to eat slices of yellow tails in winter season because they are considered a delicacy.
